Jumpstart has recently launched ‘parent mentoring’ for the working parent.  We offer a range of Corporate talks on various parenting topics relevant to the individual or group.

With this in mind, you may be interested in giving your staff the opportunity to avail of our services.  This will give them the information and tools to help them become more confident and happy parents thus enabling them to have a more positive mindset at work.

Parents are finding it much more difficult in recent times to find the right balance between work and home life.  With this in mind, we have put together a comprehensive talk to cover many of the issues they are facing on a daily basis.  The need to get the balance right is of the upmost importance and benefit to the parent, to the child and to the employer.

A confident happy parent will get a lot more out of his/her working day than a parent with no balance whose mindset is taken up with a lot more than the job at hand.

Talks can be tailored to suit the time you have available.  We have found offering one to one sessions after the talks very successful, as many employees prefer to keep their own parenting issues private.
